water trust and the Coronado subdivision water trust. A temporary injunction was granted to the plaintiff on April 20, 1959. The plaintiff Boles, is the elected, qualified and acting trustee of the Bradley Estates No. 2 subdivision water trust. Defendant
is a municipal corporation of the state.
